Called Tami Wilson @ GT rentals and then sent deposit for the July 4th weekend. After sending deposit I had someone say that you now have to buy a sticker so I called Debbie Gilbert @ Dept of Tourism and after speaking with her and getting the #'s for her daughters so I could talk about stickers and complain about now having to pay, I then hung up knowing that they would meet me anytime early or late so it would be easy for me to get my sticker and get on the trails. All I can say is that I will be happy to buy a 1Yr. family pass and return as often as possible because of good ole downhome country girls like these. Ladies, I again would like to say thanks for making my trip and I have not been there yet.

Evarts is where all my forefathers came from. It is a little BIG city. I have many relatives there. I visiyed my aunt Nellie there about three years ago, she has since passed on. Theodore Middleton was one of my kinfolks and was once the high sheriff of Harlan. I am looking fwd to visiting Harlan County again......Best wishes to all.

I'd rather see those wardens arresting the litterers. Pay someone else to cleanup or have the court assign the litterbugs to cleanup! Its great that there is a place for ATV riders to go and enjoy so well.
